Mid-century highboard from the 1960s in teak. This piece showcases the clean lines and organic warmth that define Scandinavian design. Different elements (legs, handles, overall design) indicate that this piece was designed by Johannes Andersen and distributed by the French Samcom.

The integrated sculpted handles and tapered legs add to its sleek and understated charm.

The lay-out:

  • On the left: an open shelf section with a shelf and two cabinet doors below (with a shelf inside)
  • A bar cabinet with a glass shelf and 3 drawers underneath
  • A tall door on the right with two shelves

A true statement piece that works perfectly in the dining room, living room, or even as a stylish office storage solution.

The piece is in excellent structural condition, with here and there small signs of use in line with its age. There are a few stains on the top left corner and a few smaller ones on the front left doors (see pictures). They can be removed by sanding, but we preferred to keep the original patina of the item.
