Because your coffee-table reads deserve better than a sad pile on the floor.

This is the magazine holder the 70s did best: a single sheet of smoked plexiglass bent into a crisp double-V, cutout handle up top, standing on its own four points like it owns the place. Tinted a gorgeous smoky aubergineish brown that catches the light and quietly upstages everything around it — equally at home holding actual magazines, LPs, that tote bag of tote bags, or nothing at all (it's honestly happy just being looked at). In the style of the ones designed by Michel Ducaroy.

Beautifully minimal, unmistakably of its era, and one of those pieces that makes people ask "oh, where's that from?"

Condition: Very good vintage condition. Full disclosure in the name of honesty: there's a small internal crack near the handle — visible if you go looking, but you can't feel it, and it does nothing structural. It's held decades of reading material and isn't planning to stop. Consider it a beauty mark.
